Hmm, I'm pretty sure it's B and C. SONiC-CLI and MF-CLI are the way to go for upgrades and downgrades.

I'm not sure about MF-CLI and GRUB, but I think Boot Loader and SONiC-CLI make sense for upgrading or downgrading.
