Haha, I bet the antenna on the AP is just having a bad hair day. Definitely not the cause of this problem though.

I'm leaning towards option C. Sounds like a trust issue with the QoS markings on the wired network. Gotta love those networking gremlins!

Hmm, looks like the AP is the culprit here. Probably not getting enough PoE to handle the QoS features properly.
