Ah, the joys of production deployments. I bet Rob wishes he could just snap his fingers and make it all happen. Option B sounds like the way to go - less chance of something going wrong.

I'm feeling a bit lost here. Is there a cheat sheet for all these deployment steps? Maybe we should just ask Rob to draw a diagram - I bet he has a whiteboard covered in deployment process flowcharts.

Hmm, I'm not too sure about this one. Option D seems a bit convoluted to me. Why can't Rob just deactivate the rules and deploy the template in one go? Let's go with B, keep it simple.

Option A sounds the most straightforward to me. Deactivate the rules, set the task to complete, and let the template deployment happen. Simple and effective.
