This question really separates the YAML pros from the YAML noobs. Option B is the way to go, no doubt. Unless you're feeling particularly masochistic and want to type out every field name. *shudders*

I disagree, I believe the correct answer is D) packagePrefix__fieldName1, packagePrefix__fieldName2, packagePrefix__fieldName3 and so on.

Ah, the joys of YAML. I'd go with Option C - let's keep things simple and just use the packagePrefix__ regex. No need to list out every single field name.

I'm not sure if this is possible at all. It seems like a lot of work to remove all those field-level security references manually. Option A might be the easiest path forward.
