Could be, but Option B doesn't really solve the immediate problem during the class. I think I'll go with A.

True, a refresh might just be a temporary fix. Maybe referring them to the help desk, like in Option B, is a good idea?

Refreshing could work, but if the Internet is the issue, it might not solve the problem.
