Hmm, 'Fast track' does seem like the most logical choice. Although, now I'm picturing the project manager just sprinting through the office, trying to get everything done at lightning speed. *laughs* That might not be the most efficient approach.

Yeah, 'Forcing' could work too, but that might create a lot of tension and resentment on the team. Not the best for long-term morale and productivity. I'm leaning towards 'Fast track' as the best option here.

I agree. This is definitely a time-sensitive situation. I think 'Fast track' might be the way to go - it allows you to speed things up and get the product out the door faster. But you have to be careful not to cut too many corners.
