Yep, B) RFI is the way to go. Although, I have to say, I'm a little surprised they didn't throw in a curveball like 'Request for Quotation' or something. These certification exams love to try and trip you up!

I agree, B) RFI is the most likely answer here. When a buyer needs to gather more details about a product, service, or a seller's capabilities, they'll issue an RFI to get that information.
