Haha, classic Citrix problem. I bet the junior admin was like, 'I got this!' and then panicked when the senior tested it. B is the right answer, for sure.

That's a possibility. Maybe they didn't realize it was necessary for the configurations to be saved.

Definitely B. If you don't connect to the primary ADC, your changes won't be visible to the whole HA pair. Gotta follow the basics, man!

Hmm, I think the answer is B. The junior admin connected to the secondary ADC, so the changes weren't saved to the primary. Rookie mistake!
