Hmm, I'm not so sure about C. I mean, sure, professional body membership looks good on paper, but it doesn't necessarily mean they'll be good with cash. I'd go with A, B, and E.

Yeah, I agree. Personally, I'd put B, E, and A as the top three. The candidate's referees and previous work experience will give you the best insight into their character and abilities.
