I think A is tricky. Surely the law has to come first, but the CIMA Code should still carry a lot of weight. Gotta find that right balance, you know?

I agree with Carmen, but I'm not sure about A. Shouldn't the law always take precedence over the CIMA Code? I don't want to get in trouble for following the Code instead of the law.
