Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'm going to go with option B, the 'Enable Experience' checkbox in the Skills Management custom setting. Gotta make sure those settings are properly configured!

I believe the problem might also be related to the 'Enable Experience' field on the PSA contact record not being selected. We should check that too.

I agree with Christiane. If that checkbox is not selected, then users won't be able to add their assignments to build their experience.

I think the issue could be with the 'Enable Experience' checkbox in the enable-skills-experience configuration option.
