I'm just hoping the 'Pen Number' isn't actually a real pen that the admin has to use to sign off on the quarantine. That would be a bit too old-school, don't you think?

Option A seems like the obvious choice here. Where else would an administrator look for something related to quarantined email?

I bet the 'Pen Number' is actually just a random string of numbers and letters that the anti-malware team came up with to confuse us all.

I usually check the Administrator Quarantine for the Pen Number.

The 'Pen Number' sounds like something straight out of a spy novel. How about we call it the 'Malware ID' instead?

I think it could also be in End User Quarantine, depending on the situation.

But wouldn't it make more sense to check Malware Release for the Pen Number?
