I'm not so sure about that. Shouldn't the UUID from the Primary AAMS be used on the Backup AAMS instead? That's what Option C says.

Option B is definitely the correct answer. The UUID from the Backup AAMS should be used on the Primary AAMS to maintain synchronization.
