Wow, the partner is really cutting corners here. Skipping the 'ignition' step? I hope they remembered to include the 'flux capacitor' in the pre-installation!

This is clearly the Turnkey option. The partner is handling everything, from the hardware to the software setup. All the customer has to do is plug it in and turn it on!

The DVD option makes the most sense here. The partner is preparing the software, so it's probably a pre-configured DVD that they'll bring to the customer site.
