I agree with Michal's reasoning. Statement E does make sense in this context of why the agent's state would be labeled as 'OTHER'.

I think statement E is another possibility, since agents pressing the aux work button could indicate they are not available to take calls, hence their state as 'OTHER'.

I see your point, Sage. But maybe statement A could also be valid, as the agents being on calls from another split might lead to their state being 'OTHER'.

I'm not sure about statement B though, because if the agents are on outgoing calls, wouldn't that mean they are actively engaged in a call?

I agree with statement D as well, because if an ACD call is ringing at their telephone, it makes sense for their state to be designated as 'OTHER'.

I think statement C is correct because agents can be dialing a number to place a call or activate a feature.

Interesting point, Markus. So, C, B, and D could be the potential answers.

I think D might also be a reason. If an ACD call is ringing at their telephone, they might be designated as 'OTHER'.

I believe the agent's state could also be 'OTHER' if they are on outgoing calls.
