A Contact Center Agent provisioned for Multimedia contacts has forgotten their password. Which Contact Center Multimedia (CCMM) Administration screen contains the function to reset the Agent's password?
Clearly, the answer is B) Agent Settings. Where else would you reset an agent's password? I mean, it's not like they're going to put it in the 'Forgot your password? Click here!' section of the General Settings page.
Haha, the agent must have forgotten their password after a long night of binge-watching contact center training videos. I'm going with C) Server Settings.
D) Skillset Settings seems like the logical choice to me. Agents are associated with skillsets, so that's where I'd expect to find password management tools.
