I believe D) There can only be 32 MLAGs on a switch, so MLAG 43 is impossible is incorrect, as there is no limit on the number of MLAGs in an MLAG domain.

Definitely! VLANs are so last season. Ethernet is the way to go for MLAG.

Option B looks good to me. You use the 'mlag 43' command on the port-channel interface, not the VLAN or Ethernet interface.
