Option B is the way to go. Monitoring the anticipated benefits is key, but 10 years? That's a long time. I hope they don't get bored and start playing 'Guess the Benefit' during the meetings!
B all the way! Monitoring the benefits annually for a decade is the only way to ensure the project's long-term impact. Anything less would be a travesty!
I think Option C is the best choice. Establishing a clear and measurable target for increasing the rate of 16-18 year olds in education and training is a key metric for evaluating the project's success.
