I'd have to go with option A. The business directing development, reducing the risk of the wrong solution, and designs based on predicted needs all sound pretty useful to me.
Option C is the way to go! The business being able to direct development and the risk of building the wrong solution being reduced are definitely key benefits of DSDM.
I agree, Option C covers the key benefits of using DSDM. It's important for the business to have control over development and minimize the risk of errors.
