If I had a forklift that could also fly, that would be the ultimate in flexibility. But since that's not an option, I'll have to go with A.

Industrial trucks can do the job of a crane or conveyor, but a crane or conveyor can't do the job of an industrial truck. Flexibility wins, A is the answer!

This is a tough one, but I'm going to say industrial trucks are the most flexible. They can navigate the whole distribution center. Option A for me.

I think conveyor systems are also pretty flexible, they can transport items quickly and efficiently throughout the distribution center. Option B is a good choice too.

I don't know, the crane sounds pretty flexible to me. It can reach high shelves and move loads around. I'll go with C.

Cranes and hoists are more specialized equipment. For a distribution center, I think the most flexible option is industrial trucks - option A.
