I think the button is actually for applying changes in the code. I would choose option B) Apply changes button.

I'm not so sure, it could also be for debugging purposes. Option A) Debug button could also be a possibility.

I agree with Viola, the button looks like it's for running the code. Option D) Run button makes sense.
