I can't believe some would just quit their jobs over this.

I’m really uncertain about this one. I thought filing for divorce was a joke answer, but maybe it’s not as far-fetched as it seems?

I feel like quitting your job seems extreme, but I guess it could be an option if the conflict is too big.

This reminds me of a practice question we did about ethical dilemmas in planning. I think hiring a consultant could help navigate the situation.

I remember discussing conflicts of interest in class, but I'm not sure if the right answer is to hire a consultant or something else.

I'm not sure what the right answer is here. There are a lot of factors to consider, and it really depends on the specific situation and local regulations. I'd need to do some more research before deciding.

Filing for divorce or bankruptcy? That's crazy! I'm pretty sure the ethical thing to do is to disclose the potential conflict of interest and let the planning commission decide. Hiring a consultant could work too.

Quitting their jobs seems a bit extreme. I'd try to find a way to handle this professionally and ethically, even if it's uncomfortable. Hiring a consultant is probably the safest option.

This is a tricky situation, but I think the best approach would be to hire a consultant. They could provide an objective assessment and help navigate the potential conflict of interest.

The beta distribution is designed to model random variables that are bounded between 0 and 1, which sounds like it could be a good fit for recovery rates. I'll focus on understanding the beta distribution in more detail.

Okay, let me see. I remember from the readings that accountability is a core part of organizational structure, but I can't recall the exact details. I'll have to eliminate the options I'm less sure about.
