I agree, option D is the best choice. Living wills are not an alternative to inter vivos trusts and they are not oral wills made during a final illness.

A living will is definitely not an oral will made during a final illness! That's just ridiculous. It's a written document that specifies a person's wishes regarding medical treatment if they become incapacitated.
