C) perishability, for sure. The haircut is a service that can't be stored or preserved, it's over as soon as it's done. Lilli has to get it done right then and there.

I think the answer is D) inseparability. The haircut can't be separated from the hair stylist, and Lilli has to be present to get the service. Makes sense to me.
