If it's not 'inclusive plan', then I'm stumped. That's the only one that makes sense to me for a room rate that includes breakfast.

Hmm, 'morning plan' has a nice ring to it, but I doubt that's the correct answer. Sounds more like a breakfast plan, not a room rate.
