D, for sure. Wouldn't want to end up like the guy who thought he could just write some procedures and call himself a TPA. That's like trying to pass as a doctor with a band-aid and a stethoscope from the dollar store.
Option D is clearly the correct answer. Can't believe anyone would even consider the other options. It's like asking what you need to do to become a doctor - you need all the requirements, not just one or two.
