That's a good point, Nada. It could be that virtual products don't have the option for related products.

I don't think it's the browser cache. Virtual products may not support related products at all.

I believe related products are out of stock, that's why they are not showing up.

In my opinion, the virtual products do not support related products which is why they are not visible on the store front.
