This is a good example of the kind of tricky question they like to ask. I'm going to read it through a few times and think about the implications before answering.
I'm a little confused by this one. I know reputational damage is an important consideration, but I'm not sure if it's always that hard to calculate. I'll have to review my notes.
I'm with Delbert on this one. Indirect costs are supposed to be hard to pin down, but reputational damage seems pretty direct to me. This question is trying to trip us up!
Ha! This question is a piece of cake. Of course it's true - anyone who's ever watched a company's stock plummet after a scandal knows how real reputational damage can be.
Hmm, I'm going to have to go with B on this one. Reputational damage may be tricky to measure, but I don't think it qualifies as an 'indirect' cost of fraud.
